MEET TIMES
What to wear for practice and meets
For practices wear shorts, t-shirt and good running shoes. Sweat pants and jacket when weather is cooler. No spaghetti strap shirts for girls. A tank top is acceptable.
Meets: uniforms will be handed out to each athlete. They are responsible to keep clean and bring to each meet.
Bring healthy snack and water for practices and meets.
